Jan teaches beginners, intermediates, advanced levels of Body Control Pilates®.
Classes run in blocks of 6-8 weeks, payable in advance on a
session basis (not drop-in). Pre and post natal conditions are
accommodated within classes and are recommended by health professionals
(see testimonials).
All classes last an hour.
